"Shipping was quicker than I thought"
I ordered from Viralstyle and expected it to take a bit, but it arrived faster than I figured it would. Right after ordering, I got the receipt email and then the tracking email not long after, which made the whole thing feel easy to follow.

The package showed up a few days earlier than I had planned for, and everything was in good shape. I didn’t have to dig through emails, contact support, or wonder where it was, so I was really happy with how smooth the shipping was.

The site itself worked fine for me, and my sales showed up like they were supposed to. The frustrating part was the payouts. It felt like I was waiting a week or so longer than I expected to actually get the money, and support took maybe a couple days to get back to me. Not a terrible experience overall, but if you’re counting on steady cash flow, the delays can get annoying.

I appreciated that they kept me in the loop about my order the whole time. I got emails when it was being made and again when it shipped, so I didn’t have to keep guessing what was going on. The communication was clear and easy to follow. Nothing super over-the-top, but overall I was happy with the experience.

I ordered a shirt from viralstyle, but the sizing didn’t work for me so I ended up having to return it. The return process itself was easy enough, though I did have to wait a few days before hearing back. My refund came through about a week later, so in the end it wasn’t a huge issue. I do wish it had moved a bit faster, but I felt relieved once the refund showed up and overall I’d say they handled it fine.

"Cool shirt, but checkout was a hassle"
I really liked the shirt design, so I went ahead with the order, but the checkout on Viralstyle was more annoying than it needed to be. The page felt slow, and at one point it refreshed for no obvious reason and made me re-enter some of my info, which was frustrating.

I also wasn’t a fan of the shipping and tax showing up so late in the process. I did finish the purchase because I wanted the shirt, but the whole thing definitely could’ve been smoother. I’d think twice before ordering again unless I really loved the design...

I ordered a shirt from Viralstyle and it was alright, but you kind of expect more for the price. By the time shipping and everything got added on, the total went up fast. The print looked fine, nothing terrible, but it also wasn’t anything special. I just felt like I didn’t get the best value for the money

For what I was trying to do, customizing my design was really straightforward. I didn’t need anything too advanced, so it was nice that I could just make the changes I wanted without getting stuck.

I ordered a hoodie and a tee from Viralstyle i was a little worried about how the sizing would turn out. But both showed up fitting pretty much how I expected.

I usually wear a large, and the large fit me just right. It wasn’t too tight or overly baggy, and the sleeve length and overall length were good too.

After washing, it didn’t really shrink much, maybe just a tiny bit. i’m happy with the fit overall.

My order arrived in the wrong size and wasn’t what I ordered at all. I tried to get it sorted out, but the whole process made me feel like I was just a ticket number instead of an actual customer.

I had a small problem with my order, so I reached out to customer service. They did get back to me faster than I expected, which was nice, but it still took an extra email to actually get everything sorted. Not a huge deal, but I wish it had been handled in one go. It worked out in the end, so overall it was fine.

Getting my campaign set up was straightforward overall. I had to click around a bit to figure out where everything was, but it wasn’t too bad. The only thing is, after I made the payment, I started feeling a little unsure because there wasn’t much follow-up or reassurance right away. It worked fine, but that part made me a bit skeptical.

What is your return policy? i just received a necklace i ordered and i'm not happy with it. it looks cheap and the lettering is so small you need a magnifying glass to read it. i don't feel this necklace was pictured as it really is. also, the necklace came with a huge knot in it that took me 20 minutes to undo.
